KVKK Privacy Notice

1. Data controller

Under Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), the data controller is Lüksbalayı Tur. Ote. Hava Spor. Org. Taş. İt. İh. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti.. Fethiye Diving provides its services in Fethiye, Muğla, Türkiye.

2. Personal data processed

The following data may be processed during a booking conversation:

• Name, telephone number and email address
• Diving experience and booking date
• A health declaration needed for diving safety

3. Purpose and legal basis

Contact and booking data is processed to assess the booking enquiry, agree a date and operational details, and protect diving safety. A health declaration is special-category personal data. It is processed only with your explicit consent and only to assess safe participation. Without explicit consent, the health declaration is not processed; if safe participation cannot be confirmed, the booking may not be approved.

4. Collection and disclosure

Data is collected directly from conversations through the published contact channels. It may be disclosed only to authorised staff and operational parties necessary to arrange the booking and diving safety, or to public authorities where legally required. It is not shared for third-party marketing.

5. Your rights under Article 11 of KVKK

You may ask the data controller to:

• Confirm whether your personal data is processed and provide information,
• Explain the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly,
• Identify third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom data is transferred,
• Correct incomplete or inaccurate data,
• Delete or destroy data when the legal conditions are met,
• Notify recipients of correction, deletion or destruction,
• Object to an adverse result produced exclusively by automated analysis, and
• Claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
