Using the site

This site provides information about Fethiye Diving dive packages and dive sites in Fethiye. You agree to use it lawfully and not attempt to disrupt its operation or security. Content may not be reproduced commercially without permission.

Booking enquiries

A booking sent through the site or a published contact channel is an enquiry. It does not become binding until Fethiye Diving expressly confirms the date, capacity, fitness to dive and operational details. The site does not currently take online payments.

Safety and participation

Participants must accurately disclose their diving experience and any health matter affecting safety. Instructor safety directions must be followed. A dive may be declined or stopped when age, health, certification or the day's sea conditions do not permit safe participation.

Cancellation and weather

The schedule, departure point or dive site may change because of wind, visibility, sea state or another safety condition. If the operator cancels a dive, another suitable date is offered. If no alternative is possible, any payment made is refunded in full. Participant cancellation terms are communicated when the booking is confirmed.

Package inclusions, schedules and dive sites may change with conditions. The information that governs a booking is the direct confirmation issued by Lüksbalayı Tur. Ote. Hava Spor. Org. Taş. İt. İh. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti..
